They were labelled as “most anti-christmas thing since mince pies” by the catholic league.. but I’m still tempted to read them, and I’ve a sneaking little suspicion that some dark materials may be lurking at the bottom of my stocking this year (something to do with probing questions from ju in waterstones)
As well as the bashing of anything remotely critical of christianity from most sides (in a similar vein to “harry springer:the opera code” responses), a couple of interesting related posts appeared in my reader this week, so I thought it was worth hoking out some of the more positive christian responses to it..
