Back on the Bru

Sitting in my sister’s flat in edinburgh typing this and watching the Switzerland v Portugal (not much hope for them!).
if you’re interested in hanging out on tuesday night/wednesday in Glasgow give me a wee text on my UK mobile number (same one I had just before I disappeared off to switzerland).
It’s good to taste the bru again!

I’d love to sometime soon, but I’ve just no idea when we’ll manage it next - certainly before Christmas I hope!

I just found out that Irn-Bru is not legal in the US due to some of the more circumspect dyes that are carcinogens according to the Food & Drug Admin. The one company that does sell it stateside (not Barr) changes the formula a wee bit.
I personally could never quite stomach the stuff. It tastes too much like cinnamon, oranges and bubblegum for my liking. I’m too Californian, I guess…..
